Accessibility Commitment<\/strong><\/p>

Inwatt is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website, in line with Decree-Law no. 82\/2022, of 6 December, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019\/882 (European Accessibility Act), and with the technical requirements defined in Order no. 220\/2023, of 31 July.<\/p>

This commitment aims to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their abilities, can access the content and features of this website autonomously, effectively, and on equal terms.<\/p>

The Inwatt website is being developed in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549, adopting inclusive design practices, keyboard accessible navigation, alternative text for images, adequate contrast, and a clear semantic structure.<\/p>

Compliance status<\/strong><\/p>

The website is currently partially compliant with the accessibility requirements mentioned. Correction and continuous improvement actions are underway with a view to full compliance.<\/p>

Some content or features may have accessibility limitations, including: old PDF documents that are not yet optimised for assistive reading; images without descriptive alternative text; interface elements with incomplete labels or without visible focus; and potential minor colour contrast issues in specific sections.<\/p>
