Service providers processing data on behalf of Inwatt act as sub-contractors, bound by contract and obliged to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

If any provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer of data will be carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, namely adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
